Our goal is to help residents find homes that meet their needs. Mazzola Inc. Real Estate & Rentals takes pride in the homes we manage, and we hope that you will treat this home as if it was your own. It is our mission to help you do just that. Upon moving in, we want you to understand that when individuals enter into a lease agreement, both the landlord and tenant have certain obligations and responsibilities. This includes becoming acquainted with the condition of the home and identifying what areas need to be maintained in order to keep the home in its current state. We will provide you with a tenant handbook to guide you through your tenancy and answer some of your questions.
